Nordic Green Products is pleased to announce the successful completion of a maintenance project on the Bourbon Liberty 313 vessel at Qatar Shipyard, pervious known as NKOM, in Ras Laffan. This project focused on the recoating of the vessel's boxcoolers, which are essential for its efficient operation.
The scope of work included:
- Thorough Cleaning: The team thoroughly cleaned the coolers to remove marine deposits, ensuring optimal performance.
- Sandblasting: The coolers were carefully sandblasted to prepare them for the recoating process.
- Recoating: The coolers were recoated using high-quality Sakatonit Extra AR-F no. 2 paint, known for its durability and protection against marine conditions.
- Pressure Testing: Each cooler was tested to ensure they were in excellent condition and ready for use.

- Effective Cleaning: The cleaning process effectively removed marine deposits, improving the coolers’ efficiency.
- Seamless Sandblasting and Coating: The sandblasting and recoating processes were executed smoothly, ensuring a high-quality finish on the coolers.
